TUBU Asset Overview
Tubu Field OML-52
The Tubu Field was discovered in 1964 by Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL) with the drilling of the Tubu-01 exploration well. The field was further delineated with six (6) additional wells. Amni International Petroleum OML 52 Development Company Limited (Amni OML 52) acquired a 40% Participating Interest in the block in April 2015 from CNL with Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) holding 60% of OML 52. Amni OML 52 is the Operator of the License.
Tubu Oil Field Development Plan
The proposed oil development concept is for a remotely operated Well Head Platform (WHP) flowing well-stream via an 11 km pipeline to Amni’s existing host process facility, the Langley, located on OML-112. The existing 17 km export pipeline from Langley will transport the crude to Amni’s existing floating oil storage & offloading terminal, FSO Ailsa Craig-1. The crude will be off-loaded in one million barrel parcels from the Ailsa Craig-1 to an export tanker.
